I’m about to construct a brand new PC for my work. i do know linux excells at CPU efficiency in comparison with home windows, however what about GPU? my GPUs can be VEGA 64s getting used for blender. does anybody have benchamrks exhibiting the efficiency uplift i can count on by switching to linux?

additionally, i’m planning on moding the GPUs a good bit. altering how they’re cooled, utilizing the LC BIOS, underneath volting, and many others. would doing issues like altering to the LC BIOS and underneath volting be any tougher on Linux? am i prone to hit stability/efficiency points.

sorry for all of the questions, however i’m not very conversant in Linux and do not wish to waste time studying the OS, solely to seek out out it wasnt value itbecause i dont get higher GPU efficiency.
