Multi-Packages PPA: linux

I attempted Fedora for some time. There is with RPMFusion a “Multi-Packages”- Repository that makes the managing with the current software program a lot easier.

But why exists no large one (in my understanding) for Ubuntu distros? The just one that I understand is from Pop-OS with 311 plans like VS Code.

Is there perhaps a larger ppa of preferred software program which I do not understand? My real service is to include 10-15 ppa’s (not every program keeps up Flatpak comparable to from a database).
