This question is not related to coding at all but to understand if Apple has added any text in the Human Interface Guidelines(HIG) related to remote controlling the app alone. Let’s say hypothetically even if someone was able to identify a legitimate way to inject touch events with in its own app, is there any AppStore HIG guidelines currently outlined here block such functionality?
I am not asking if injecting touch events in iOS are possible or not, but do AppStore guidelines allow it or not. That’s why I am using the word hypothetically here. I am pretty sure if Apple wants to reject it no one can stop it from rejecting this kind of an app, but my question is only related to HIG verbiage.
I have read as much as possible form the website https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines, but could not get exact details about the topic.
