Stylish 25W iPhone power bank comes with a display and clip-on cable [Review]

The Iniu SnapGo Air 10000mAh power bank stands out in an increasingly crowded market with an array of premium features. The MagSafe accessory sports a built-in status display, plus a clip-on USB-C cable that also acts as a strap. And it can transfer up to 25W of wireless power to an iPhone or up to 45W to other computers via a USB-C.

And it looks good while doing it.

I tested the SnapGo Air with my iPhone and iPad. Here’s what I learned.

Iniu SnapGo Air 10000mAh review

Everyone knows the pain of realizing their iPhone is at 3% power and there’s no way to charge it because you’re in class, on a bus, etc.

MagSafe power banks were created for exactly this situation. They cling magnetically to a handset, and immediately begin transferring power. No cable is needed, and you don’t have to stop using your iPhone.

The Iniu SnapGo Air 10000mAh power bank easily handles that job, and then goes above and beyond with useful bonus features.

A stylish iPhone power bank

This accessory clings magnetically to the back of an iPhone, so you don’t want it to be too bulky. At the same time, it holds 10,000 mAh of power, which means it can’t be too small. Iniu found a happy medium.

The device measures 4.2 inches by 2.8 inches by 0.5 inches. It weighs just a hair under half a pound. That’s fairly small for a power bank with this much capacity.

I think of it as purse size, though it fits even easier in a backpack. Or the device is pocketable, though it’s a bit thick for that.

Iniu did the best it could to make the SnapGo Air 10000mAh comfortable to carry and use. All the corners and edges are rounded.

The design isn’t just practical — it contributes to the stylish look, too. As do the many color options. The accessory comes in sunset orange, metallic mocha, lunar silver, midnight navy, soft lilac and space gray. I promise, it’ll look fine on the back of your iPhone.

And you don’t need to worry about it falling off. The external battery clings quite tightly to the MagSafe magnets built into the iPhone. I can even hold the SnapGo Air by its strap and shake it, and the handset won’t fall off — just don’t make a habit of this.

A real status display, not just LEDs

Iniu’s latest is the smallest power bank I’ve used that includes a built-in status display. Every rival I’ve seen depends on a few LEDs to give a general suggestion of the remaining charge. But the SnapGo Air 10000mAh has a small screen that shows the exact battery percentage.

I love it. Guessing about how much charge is left isn’t necessary. For example, I can tell the battery is at 72%, not somewhere between 51% and 74%, which is all that’s possible on power banks that show remaining charge with LEDs.

Speedy charging wherever you go

Thanks to support for Qi2 25W, the Iniu SnapGo Air 10000mAh power bank offers the fastest wireless charging available. At 25W, it’s so much faster than the old 7.5W MagSafe chargers. Getting that much power requires a recent iPhone, though — otherwise, the max is 15W.

In my testing, the device was able to raise the battery level on my iPhone 17 by 178% over multiple recharges. To me, that’s enough to keep my iPhone going all weekend without ever needing to plug it in.

And recharging is quick. The device juiced up my iPhone 17 from 1% to 50% in just 36 minutes. In an hour, the battery level reached over 70%.

The process might have been quicker, but, as is to be expected, the accessory heats up a bit in use. It hit a max of 105 degrees according to my digital thermometer.

Handy USB-C cable/strap combo

I love that Iniu made a USB-C cable into a strap for the SnapGo Air 10000mAh. It means I’m always ready to charge another device via the two USB-C ports on the top of the power bank.

During testing, I ran into a real-world need for this feature. I brought the accessory to test charging my iPhone while working remotely, then realized my iPad’s battery was getting low. No problem — I was able to juice the tablet back up with this external battery because I had the necessary connecting cable with me.

The two USB-C connectors on the 4.6-inch cable fit neatly into a plastic clip that turns them into a loop you can sue as a handle. It’s a clever design… but not one I’d depend on daily. It seems a handy way to occasionally carry the accessory, but if that plastic clip wears out even slightly, you’re going to drop this device.

Charger for more than iPhone

Iniu says the maximum charging wattage via the two USB-C ports on the top edge of the SnapGo Air is 45W. In testing with my iPad Pro, I confirmed that the device will very nearly hit that mark: over 43W.

And the power bank was able to raise the battery level on my 13-inch iPad Pro by 67%. That’s more than a quick emergency charge — it’s enough to keep the tablet going for almost a workday. And transferring all that power took only 80 minutes.

In other words, the external battery holds a useful amount of power for a tablet or even a MacBook.

Iniu SnapGo Air 10000mAh review: Final thoughts

When writing the “pros and cons” section of this review, I came up blank on “cons.” This is an outstanding iPhone power bank. I love the fast charging, the tiny screen and the strap that’s also a USB-C cable. Plus it looks beautiful.

True, the accessory is bulkier than many rival products, but that’s because it holds 10,000mAh while they hold half that. That’s the closest I can get to criticism.
