OS slow after changing monitor

I have an Mac mini m2, I was using it with an QHD 2k Asus monitor on 2k resolution and it was working fine, but since I changed to 4k LG monitor, both 4k and 2k resolutions make OS run slow.
I have to use 2k with "Low Resolution" options, or use full HD resolution.
But full hd get everything to big for me.
Anyone know a solution or why it runs fine with one monitor and other get slow at same resolution?

EDIT: as requested
Im using Tahoe 26.5, tried to reboot already, nothing change.

Checked the activity and there’s no process using more than 10%, sometimes the Activity Monitor itself goes to like 15%, but nothing else.

Strange thing is, if I put the Asus monitor back, it doesn’t get slow, change for LG monitor and its get slow again.

Other thing is the System Settings are recognizing the LG monitor as 31.5 pol, but the monitor in fact is 27 pol.

Idk what’s going on tbh, but on Asus one I don’t have any issues.
