Creatio releases 10x platform combining AI with CRM functionality

Creatio, a low-code / no-code pioneer that has developed an AI CRM and workflow platform, today announced Creatio 10x, with new capabilities that bring together AI innovation with CRM functionality.

With this release, human-led and agentic customer workflows can be automated, making teams more efficient and bringing the customer stack into the AI platform.

“Creatio 10x gives organizations everything they need to build, govern, and scale enterprise AI—from visual no-code tools and AI coding agents that make application development accessible to anyone, to enterprise-grade governance and industry-leading CRM on a single AI-native platform,” Andie Dovgan, Chief Growth Officer at Creatio, said in the announcement. “We built this release to remove every barrier to AI adoption, so our customers can automate faster, consolidate their tech stack, and scale agentic automation ahead of everyone else in their market.”

This release introduces AI Twin, an agent assistant for every user that can build and deploy personal agents based on the employee’s needs, with guardrails, access rights and policies defined by the organization.

“For decades, we’ve trained people to work the way software expects them to work—learning screens, navigating processes, and adapting to applications. AI changes that equation,” Burley Kawasaki, senior vice president of Industries at Creatio. “For the first time, software is learning to work the way people work: understanding intent, collaborating on goals, and executing tasks on our behalf. That’s not just a new feature—it’s a fundamental shift in how people and technology work together.”

Another new part of the release is Creatio AI Studio, an AI-based platform designed to manage the agent life cycle. According to Creatio, the new capabilities include:
Agent No-Code Designers. including a Prompt Agent Designer for rapidly building agents with natural language and a Workflow Agent Designer for multi-step deterministic agents built with visual tools to rapidly build agents without requiring any technical development skills.
Governance and Observability. Enterprise-grade governance with real-time policy enforcement, approvals, and end-to-end execution visibility to monitor, control, and audit every agent decision, while optimizing AI consumption across models, actions, and overall AI spend.
Integrations and Channels. Tools to build rich omni-channel experiences (including web chat, text, messaging apps, voice and video avatars) and connect agents with existing systems and data using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST standards for integration.

On the CRM side, the platform offers tools for sales engagement such as guided selling, revenue intelligence and forecast management with AI validation, as well as an updated mobile sales experience. For marketing, new agents build segments, generate landing pages, emails and forms, and orchestrate campaigns. It also brings an enhanced real-time service experience.

“For years, enterprises responded to every new business need by buying another application,” Kawasaki said. “The result is hundreds of disconnected systems, fragmented data, and growing complexity. AI gives us an opportunity to reverse that trend. Instead of adding more point solutions, organizations can consolidate onto a single unlimited platform where AI agents, workflows, CRM, and applications all share the same data and operate together. The future isn’t more software—it’s fewer platforms that can do much more.”
