My parents are in a care home and when I try to do a screen share of their iPad (to troubleshoot something) via FaceTime their iPad shared image is totally blurred on my iPhone. This happens either via Ask to Share from my iPhone or Share my Screen from their iPad. Sometimes my Ask to Share request just stalls on their side, it says its connecting but doesn’t (these tests at their location). However, if I make the Ask to Share request via Messages app it works – which is a FaceTime audio connection. I’m on 5G and they are on Wi-Fi via a networked modem on the ceiling of their room. There is no low bandwidth warning during the connection and their Wi-Fi is fine for FaceTime calls. Anyone come across this?
