Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) provider Planview today announced the launch of its Connected Work Graph, which provides software development leaders with insights into how work connects across OKRs, initiatives, teams, and resources so they can make better decisions and remove bottlenecks.
“This isn’t just another dashboard, it’s an active participant in your strategic execution that gets smarter over time and takes the guesswork out of complex dependency management,” said Matt Zilli, CEO of Planview.
According to the company, Connected Work Graph utilizes AI agents that analyze millions of work connections to identify patterns. For instance, it can visualize dependencies from top-level OKRs down to specific tasks and people.
Beyond improving development efficiency, it can also be used to identify bottlenecks and other risks before issues occur as dependencies change.
Additionally, it eliminates the need for manual tracking and reduces planning time by visualizing cross-team dependencies in real-time.
“While others are still focused on static reporting and reactive management, our AI-powered Connected Work Graph is running at all times, alerting you when a bottleneck or dependency needs resolving, prescribing optimal paths forward, and fundamentally transforming how strategic decisions are made in complex organizations,” said Louise Allen, chief product officer at Planview.
Connected Work Graph is now available through Planview Anvi, the company’s enterprise AI SPM solution.
