2024 year is the year of a Dragon and we’ve created our very first dragon! His name is Elcid and he is a kid, dragon’s kid.
There are STL and pre-painted 3MF files in the archive. They are a body, Standard head and Sleeping head.
He’s our most complicated and flexible design by far. There are lots new and cool features in it. And let us tell you some of them:
1) Legs. The legs consist of 3 (front) and 4 (rear) articulated parts that allows Elsid to lie, sit, stand and bend his legs in different ways. You can make up just lots of different poses.
2) Tail. The tail is quite flexible, it consists of 7 parts. It’s possible to fix it on the dragon’s back, I mean the tail can be in a raised position (you can see it in the pics)
3) Neck. The neck goes up and down and there are kind of stoppers that allow the neck keeps its position in some areas.
4) Head. Or even I’d call it as a head joint. It allows the head to be securely attached to the neck and reach a wide angle of the head movement.
There are 2 types of the heads – Standard and Sleeping.
5) Lots of dragon’s parts are developed for using the Fill tool in Bambu Studio, you can easily create different paint variations of the toy. And we’ve prepared for you pre-painted 3MF files.
6) And the last feature is design itself. We tried to create Elcid as cute and flexible as possible.
