RULES / QUESTIONS

Can I share or distribute the Kabbit .STL file?
– No. If my files appear on Etsy/Thingiverse/Etc. (Either in pieces or in whole parts) I will stop producing and sharing my STLs.

Can I Edit this model?

Can I sell Edits of Kabbit?

  • YES!
    You can use Kabbit as a base to make your own sculpt to sell in a quantity of 30 as .STLs, 3D Prints, or Resin casts as long as you are an independent artist and make Kabbit look %50 different.
    All that is required is credit that you used “Kabbit” or “Kabbit”‘s parts to make your own design somewhere.
    If you would like to make larger quantities, please pledge to my patreon for unlimited sales during your sub.

Can I sell prints I make or Kabbit?

  • YES! Up to 30 prints can be sold If you are an independent Artist/Convention booth/Crafter, you are free to sell up to 30 prints you make of “Kabbit” and their variations in total.
    (You may make unlimited prints if pledge to my patreon.)
    Please credit my Etsy shop for online 3D print sales if possible. And please credit your new Model if you use “Kabbit” To make a new BJD.

Can I sell 30+ prints of Kabbit within 1 year?

-NO. You CANNOT Mass produce this item.
-YES. If you are subscribed to my patreon. During the duration of your subscription, you can sell any number of my STLs.

Can I share what I make with this .STL?

  • YES! Please! I would love if you shared what you make with me! 🙂 Be it “Kabbit” or your own original sculpt using Kabbit as a base.
    Do I need to Credit you?
  • YES if You sell prints online. Please credit my shop/twitter. You MUST leave the emblem on Kabbit for all sales. For Physical sales, the emblem is enough. 🙂
  • NO! If you are not selling. (But please tag me, I’d love to see what you make!)

AGREEMENT SUMMARY

By purchasing this .STL you accept the terms above and below. In summary:
– You will not Share/Sell/Redistribute the .STL.
– You CAN Edit Kabbit to make your own BJD as long as it is different from Kabbit.
– you CAN Sell your custom made BJD you make from Kabbit (As 30 .STLs / 3D Prints / Resin casts) As long as they look different from Kabbit. You can sell unlimited numbers if you subscribe to my patreon. (Though usually if you ask me about it, I’ll allow unlimited sales of your Edited STL as long as it’s different. 😀 )
– You CAN Sell 3D prints of Kabbit. (As long as you make less than 30 per year and are an independent artist. you can subscribe to my patreon for unlimited sales of any of my models.)
– You CANNOT Mass Produce Kabbit. (Only 30 3D Prints, unless you are subscribed to my patreon.)
– You CAN Share and post what you make without crediting me, but I would prefer you to credit if you can! (So I can see.)
– You CANNOT Remove my Emblem from Kabbit, especially if you sell prints of the item.

– You CAN Remove my Emblem if you use Kabbit as a base to make your own BJD Sculpt (As long as they look different than Kabbit.)

NOTES:
-Kabbit is not planned to be Pro-Cast. Any Pro cast of Kabbit is counterfeit unless I announce a pro-cast release.

-Kabbit is NOT TO BE PRODUCED IN A FACTORY OR MASS QUANTITY SETTING. If you are a manufacturing company, Kabbit is NOT for you! I WILL take legal action against you.

-Kabbit uses a PRIVATE LICENSE – And is allowed to be sold as 3D Prints (PLA and Resin) By small INDUVIDUAL artists in quantities of 30. (Unlimited sales are allowed if they are pledged to my patreon)

-Kabbit CAN Be pro-cast ONLY IF a small artist purchases Kabbit and edits Kabbit or their parts to look SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT enough to be considered their original sculpt. (Joints, latches, pegs, and etc. can be used from Kabbit. I also sell those parts individually for any small artists to use at a cheaper rate! 🙂 )

  • I will NEVER Support Recasts. Kabbit was made to be an affordable LEGITIMATE alternative for people interested in the Ball Jointed Doll hobby. Kabbit’s lowest cost is $35 + A friend with a printer. Please have fun, edit, alter, and enjoy making your own custom BJDs with Kabbit. 🙂
