java – I want to implement the marker drawing function on Android and iOS devices. Is there any third-party plug-in for this?

I plan to use marker pens to draw on Android devices, and the iOS devices can parse and parse the painting layers. Please tell me which third-party SDK should I use now to solve this requirement.
