NEW PRODUCTS THIS WEEK
Adafruit TFT FeatherWing – 3.5″ 480×320 Touchscreen for Feathers – V2 with TSC2007
New! As of Nov 15, 2023 we’ve made a big redesign to this product: We now use the TSC2007 instead of the discontinued STMPE811 touchscreen controller. The screen and micro SD card are the same but any touchscreen code will need to be updated to use our Arduino or CircuitPython library. We’ve also updated the reset button to be right-angle and added a STEMMA QT port.
Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout – 160 Degree Wide Angle
This Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout with 160 Degree Lens has a nice quality OV5640 camera with a 5 Megapixel sensor element, 160-degree very-wide angle fish-eye lens, and all the support circuitry you need. This version has a 160-degree focal angle for a very wide/distorted fisheye effect that’s great for security systems or watching a big swath of the living room or roadway. We looked at existing camera modules and while this breakout board is backwards compatible, we made some improvements.
Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout – 120 Degree Low Distortion
This Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout with 120 Degree Lens has a nice quality OV5640 camera with a 5 Megapixel sensor element, 120-degree wide angle lens that has minimal ‘fish-eye’ distortion, and all the support circuitry you need.
Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout – 72 Degree Lens with Autofocus
This Adafruit OV5640 Camera Breakout with 72 Degree Lens and Autofocus has a nice quality OV5640 camera with a 5 Megapixel sensor element, a 72-degree non-distorting lens and autofocus motor, plus all the support circuitry you need.
