No infill required. It's important not to have one, especially when printing with transparent filament. Therefore, setting infill at 0% (making it hollow) is recommended.
Support is not necessary, but could help if adhesion is an issue.
Touch area with the build plate is really small, and there is a high chance of failure due to insufficient adhesion. For this reason, brim/raft is recommended.
