The clearance in the CAD design between the diameters of Pin and the Arm is 0.4mm – large enough for a well tuned printer.
All parts can be printed with PLA using 0.4mm nozzle.
0.2mm on all layers.
0.5mm extrusion width with minimum 2 walls.
8%-10% infill
Use of Arachne feature is recommended.
